What happens if I exceed my usage limit?

If during the month, you exceed your inclusive usage, we'll send you an invoice at the start of the next month for the excess usage.

We will send all customers, with lines that have a usage limit, an email once their usage reaches 85% by default. This threshold can be changed within the portal.

The overage charge will vary depending on your product. The costs of overage, per GB, can be found on our price list page.
