In this article you will learn how to setup a Linksys WRT54GL from factory defaults.
First of all, connect your router up to it’s internet connection and computer. Open up a web browser and navigate to 192.168.3.17.
The username is admin and the password is Bonding123.
Now click on Settings on the left side menu followed by LAN Settings.
Change the Router LAN IP Address to 10.0.3.x (x is the router number, so 10.0.3.1 for the first router, 10.0.3.2 for the second and so on).
Click on Save and reboot.
Once the router has restarted you will need to navigate to 10.0.3.x in your browser and enter the username and password once again.
Next, click on Settings again and then Change password. The new password should be un0bond1ng.
The last thing is to go back to Settings and select Sharedband Service Configuration.
Enter your provided username and password along with the Community ID number, the Node identifier and the Aggregation Server IP Address. Click on Save and reboot.
For any additional routers, the process is exactly the same. The Router LAN IP Address will change according to each router number. The second router would have the 10.0.3.2 address. Each of the routers should use the same log in details and Sharedband Service Configuration.
