We're unable to migrate lines on Sky's own network to us at this time. You'd need to get the line converted back to the BT network and once complete, you'll then be able to order via our site for the products we can offer you.
If you're a Virgin Media cable customer, you'll need to arrange a BT-based phone line first of all and then once installed, place an order with us for the broadband service you require. Once installed, we recommend then cancelling your old cable service if no longer required.
In both cases, we're unable to tell you what products, pricing or speeds that we can offer before you have a suitable line. Whilst not always possible, we recommend checking the number of a neighbour or shop to give you an idea of what might be possible.
