If you choose to cease (a complete cancellation) your broadband service, including some migrations to another providers, there will be an applicable charge payable on your account.
Openreach make this charge to all providers that cease any type of broadband service, including LLU services. Additionally, BT Wholesale can charge a cease fee when service moves to LLU. It can also apply to certain migration orders which generate a soft cease (known as stop/start orders).
These charges are outside of our control but are passed on at the exact wholesale cost to us and only when they apply.
